"I think the hotel had been closed for a few weeks and we got there at the exact day and time they were re opening so had to call to get someone to let us in but everything fine after that. There is an elevator. The room had everything , including a mini fridge."

"The location is great. Carpark was close by and free. But unfortunately they were the only positives. Bed linen and towels were not provided. Despite no mention of this when booking. But most disappointing was the cleanliness."

"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

Most of the other people staying were Belgian and French (and we're British) but that was OK for us. "We were only looking for a one-night place to stay while travelling further to the South. Everything was correct and as expected. No luxury, no fancy stuff, but a cool place to spend a night. Access to the swimming pool was much appreciated after a 12-hours drive at >30°C. Easy to check-in, easy to check-out 24/24, which was essential when leaving at 4 in the morning. I'd do it again for the same price!"

We did not expect to have to ask about linrn, which may no udually be supplied, but coming from far away one certainly doesn't do so with linen.. The wifi in the house is goid, but Internet connectivity is reall flakey and slow. This is soen to the communications company, nor the owner. "Just be ready" to not depend on "
